Santa reading his long list in his armchair

Santa sits in a winged armchair reading a scroll so long that it unrolls down his knees and across the rug, with two candy canes on the floor, stars in the air and a present floating by. The scroll is a big empty space, so children can write their own name on it before coloring, or a few names from the family. The line about making a list and checking it twice comes from the song Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town, first played on the radio in 1934. The letter to Santa is the other end of the story.

How to color Santa reading his long list in his armchair

1. A pale cream or yellow for the scroll, with names written on it if you like.
2. One color for the armchair, red stripes on the candy canes.
3. Red and white for Santa, and gold for the stars.
